Employees were tripping pipe out of the hole. An employee wanted to roll a pipe section from the catwalk onto the skate. The pipe was having difficulty rolling, so the employee changed the angle of the catwalk. The employee operating the catwalk lowered the catwalk on one corner using the hydraulic to level it out. The employee who was rolling the pipe got his foot crushed underneath the corner of the catwalk when it was lowered.
